Race & Deadline Tracker is a private household app used by two named people and any family or friends they invite. It is not a public service and has no other users.

What it stores: the races, deadlines and notes its users add, plus each user’s name, email address and sign-in identity, held in a Supabase database in the EU (London region).

Google account access: sign-in uses Google OAuth. If a user grants read-only calendar access, the app fetches that day’s events to display them and stores only the token needed to do so. Calendar data is never written to, shared, sold, or passed to any third party, and no advertising or analytics run anywhere in the app.

Emails: the app sends its users a daily reminder email about their own deadlines, and nothing else.

Removing access: any user can revoke the app’s Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions at any time, and account holders can be removed from the app entirely, which deletes their sign-in.
