Race & Deadline Tracker
A private tracker for two people who race. It keeps races, entry deadlines, life admin and trips in one place, and lays them over both people’s Google Calendars so nothing gets double-booked or missed.
What it does
Races, with who is doing what
Each race carries a date, location, travel and kit notes, and a status for each person: racing, supporting, or not going. Either person can set either status, so you can mark a race you have both already agreed on.
Entry deadlines that chase you
Races can carry an entry deadline. It escalates in colour as the date approaches and appears on the Today screen and in the daily reminder email.
Life admin with lead times
Deadlines like insurance renewals and MOTs have an owner and a lead time, so the reminder arrives with enough notice to actually do something about it.
Trips
Holidays, work trips and race weekends, each with transport, who is going, and dates that show across the week and month views.
Your Google Calendars, read-only
With permission, the app reads each person's primary Google Calendar and shows those events alongside races and deadlines. It only ever reads. It never creates, edits or deletes anything in your calendar, and calendar data is never shared with anyone else.
Who can use it
This is a private household app, not a public service. There is no sign-up. Access is invite-only: the two people who run it can invite family and friends as read-only viewers, and anyone else who tries to sign in is politely turned away.
